You start your e-mail campaign the moment you send your first e-mail, unlike the sales letter , people who receive e-mails don't always respond to the first one. For this reason you need to plan each campaign, by composing all the e-mails at one go. This way you get continuity in your e-mails, the trick is to write them as they come to you, once you have the inspiration , it comes easy. Once you start writing don't stop to check spellings, punctuation or grammar, this interrupts the flow. As you start writing your e-mails, you know in the first 20 to 30 words that you are going to write a good e-mail, if you don't have that feeling, start again. I find that if I can't write something good almost immediately, I just give up, and either do something completely different, or go back and check my research on the subject.
Research is the key to good writing. How can you write about something you don't know ? When you write an e-mail campaign, or a sales letter, you must know the product inside out.To illustrate, when I first went into selling life insurance, as a self employed commission only rep, I had first to find my prospects, and then sell to them. At this point I must explain, I had just sold my car sales business, and although I didn't have to work, I felt that at 40 I was the right age to sell insurance.I hadn't worked for anybody before this, always preferring to run my own business.To gain experience of interview techniques, I went the rounds, and eventually decided to work for a man with similar ideas to myself. He worked from home, and was the area manager of an insurance company. My training took all of ten minutes, in other words all I got was the advertising leaflets, and the proposal forms, and most important telephone help. I studied what I had and researched as much as I could for the first week. I had written several sales scripts and memorized them, so that when I did go in front of a prospect I knew everything and could answer any question or objection.
My first prospects were people I knew, I told them I had branched out, and wanted to practice my sales pitch, everybody I asked agreed. As I went through I found I came up against things I didn't know, so I left with the promise to come back and explain once I had the answer. My sales manager got me all the answers, and by the 9th day with the company, he was starting to make excuses to the sales director, for my lack of sales. I had contacted 7 friends to practice on, and on the 10th day I went to the home of my sales manger, who was on the phone to the sales director, 'no he was saying I haven't seen him,' ( referring to me) so I threw a completed proposal form on his desk, he carried on with his telephone conversation by saying but ' I think he has made a sale', I threw another completed proposal form on his desk, he carried on with the phone call saying,' he might have even made two sales,' in all I threw 7 completed proposal forms on his desk while he was on the phone. Within six months I had the biggest agency in my area of the country, and a life insurance policy designed by me,and marketed by my company, with my name on it. All because I had decided I was at the right age, and that I did my research, and I was motivated.
Research done, time to start writing, MOST IMPORTANT. SELL THE SIZZLE NOT THE SAUSAGE in other words sell the benefits that the recipient of your e-mail will get, don't sell the product. Ask yourself, why did you sign up to this program, or product. Because you want to make a lot of money is the first stock answer, Examine that answer !, perhaps it was to make money to buy a bigger home, or to make money to pay for your kids through school,or maybe you wanted a holiday home on some tropical island, or buy a boat, or plane. Is the benefit that convinced you to sign up to a money making program, to make plenty of money, or is what the money can do for you?
Perhaps you already have the trappings of wealth, and don't need to work, but want to work. Perhaps one of the benefits you could sell are the ease at which you can make money with these programs, regardless of your age, sex, or state of health, and although you enjoy making money, maybe you get more satisfaction out of giving other people a hand up the financial ladder.

You should expect to send 3 to 5 e-mails to each prospect , some will buy after the first one, others will need more re-assurance. Always close the sale ( ask for the sale ) in each e-mail, try a simple-- do it now, click on this link, it's your first step to security, and peace of mind.

This will automatically fill in the subject line, you can the file e-mails in the correct folder as you get them, and set up auto responders to respond to your subject line.
Make your own Autoresponders
This simple step by step instruction is using Outlook express, it will work in other systems with slight alteration.
All auto responders respond to what is written in the subject line, you can make it easier for yourself, and your prospect if you fill the subject line in for them. If you are opening your marketing campaign through e-mails, give them a link to reply, such as, your name@ your isp.com?subject=send details,best mlm ever You can alter the blue type to fit your needs.
If you have a website and use a wysiwyg program,( what you see is what you get) insert this address in the mailto part of your program. If you are using html, insert using the tags.
When your prospect clicks on the link, their mail program will open, with an e-mail ready to send with your name and address on it, and the subject line filled out.
You now need to compose your reply, to correspond to the subject line. You can do this in word, or word pad, then save to my documents as Mail(*.eml) file or as a text file.
The next job is to set up your outlook express to respond. The first thing to do is to set up a new folder. You may have to have your inbox open, to activate toolbar.
Go to file/folders/new. Name your new folder ' best mlm ever'.
Next click on message/ create rule from message
In pop up window
In section 1, click `where the subject line contains specific words'.
In section 3 click on blue highlighted ` contains specific words'
in pop up box type `send details best mlm ever'
In section 2 click on ` move to specific folder'.
In section 3 click highlighted blue 'specified', in pop up box, click on your new folder ` best mlm ever'
In section 2, scroll down click `reply with message.'
In section 3 click highlighted blue `message'
In My documents click on document saved as reply message.
In section 4 name your rule.
That's all there is to it, you may create as many folders as you wish, to react to different subject lines, and alter the replies when you feel like it.
This will work as soon as you go on line to receive your e-mails, as your e-mails come down, they are placed in your designated folder, and the reply is sent out immediately. Their address is captured in your address book.
You can create a new group in your address book, by clicking file/new Group. Name it best mlm ever, transfer the addresses across, then you can mass mail the whole group.. When sending to the group, send to yourself ,then b.c.c. (blind carbon copy) to the group. Each e-mail will have the recipients name on, and you have a copy of what, and when you sent it.
Make your e-mail look professional, Use the top to place your own top advert. Make sure you keep changing it.
